Making this pendant you will learn the prong setting technique. This technique ensures that your stone will sit snuggly in its setting without falling out utilizing strategically placed prongs. It is not a hard technique, but one should have some experience with some wire-wrapping before tackling this technique. In this workshop, I will provide a flat Brazilian Agate, but once you master prong setting, you will be able to set any stone.
Please bring 1 pair of round nose pliers,
1 pair of flush cut wire cutters
1 pair of flat nose pliers
1 pencil and paper for notes
Also bring protective eye wear to protect your eyes from unruly wire ends.
